I used the KCF, or keep, change, flip, method for this.

The original problem is -2/5 divided by -2/3

We keep the first fraction - -2/5

change the sign to multiplication

and flip the second fraction - 3/2

so, -2/5 x 3/2

and then check for where we can simplify, we can in this instance:

-1/5 x 3/1

and then multiply across

-3/5
