General training
It is a basic type of training for short period of time.
It helps to provide only small orientation programmes to familarize new employ.
Example , orientation training, sensitisation training, etc.
Vocational training
This type of training is comparatively longer in time frame.
It helps to create new jobs and professional skills too.
Example , medical assisting, pharmacy technician, etc.
