What could be done to help or reduce sleeping disorder​

Answer:

- relaxation (yoga, meditation)

- homeopathy

- Essential oil

- in the evening, eat light

- Avoid or limit caffeine and alcohol and don't use nicotine

- Avoid or limit naps

- Stick to a sleep schedule.

Dimming lights in your room, sound machines, getting off your phone 1 hour before bed, not overfilling yourself before bed, etc
