Remaining no of pupils = 2500 - 52 ➝ 2448
Hence, the no. of girls absent = 1/9 of 2448 ➝ 272
Therefore,
Total no. of pupils absent = 52 + 272 ➝ 324
No. of pupils present = 2500 - 324 ➝ 2176
