Climate- the weather conditions prevailing in an area in general or over a long period.

Random variation- The tendency for the estimated magnitude of a parameter to deviate randomly from the true magnitude of that parameter. Random variation is independent of the effects of systematic biases.

Atmosphere- the envelope of gases surrounding the earth or another planet.

Prediction- a thing predicted; a forecast.
