x = 27/9

x = 3

Plugin x = 3 in equation (I)

2*3 + 3y = 3

6 + 3y = 3

Subtract 6 from both sides

3y = 3 - 6

3y = -3

Divide both sides by 3

y = -3/3

y = -1
