Answer and Explanation:

Systems theory refers to how natural and man-made systems are formed and how these systems interact with each other as needed. During the creation of these systems, the theory presents a processing stage. At this stage the limitations and objectives of each system are defined and it is exactly at this stage that non-formal institutions are so important. This is because the limitations and objectives of a system directly depend on the creation of rules, concepts, values and ideas that make up a society, especially in artificial systems created by human beings. These rules, concepts, values and ideas that society expresses are formed by non-formal institutions. In this case, we can say that it is not correct to say that non-formal institutions have no role to play in the processing stage of systems theory.
