Answer: Natural population change is the difference between the birth rate and the death rate .

Explanation: which is the difference between the number of birth lives and the number between the death especially within a given period of time usually within a year/annually.

And an overall population change is the general change in the birth rate and death rate within a year

the natural change is the difference with THE BIRTH RATE AND DEATH RATE.
