This concept is therefore broader than the strict right of review, whereby a judge checks to what extent a law, decision or measure is in accordance with a law of a higher order such as a constitution or a treaty. Therefore, as a judge, I would evaluate the constitutionality of the different laws and government actions, interpreting their legality in a broad way, and not only limiting myself to the text of the law.
