Explanation:

Because this is an arithmetic sequence, we know there is a constant difference between each value.

To find that difference, lets take two consecutive values, (10 and 13) and subtract them.

13 - 10 = 3

We see the same number if we used

16 - 13 = 3

So the pattern here, is each number + 3.

16 + 3 = 19

19 + 3 = 22

22 + 3 = 25

etc.
