Answer:

y = x + 2

Explanation:

First, find the slope.

(y2 - y1 / x2 - x1)

I'm going to use (0,-2) and (2,0) as my points.

Find the slope.

(-2) - 0 / 0 - 2= -2 / -2 = 1

So the slope is 1.

Now find the y-intercept.

Y-intercept is 2.

Now substitute it into the slope-intercept form equation. (y = mx + b)

y = x + 2
