Answer:

if the zeros are x = -2, x = 0, and x = 1

then (x + 2), x and (x - 1) are factors of the polynomial

multiply these factors together

p(x) = x(x + 2)(x - 1)

p(x) = x(x2 + x - 2)

p(x) = x3 + x2 - 2x

this is a polynomial of degree 3 with the given roots
