What central ideas about the narrator of The Tell-Tale Heart does Edgar Allen Poe intend readers to infer, based on textual evidence throughout the story? Based on what he does, what he says, and what he doesn't say, describe the narrator's state of mind in the aftermath of committing the murder and what this suggest about his character.

Answer:

This is mostly your opinion but:

Step-by-step explanation:

The narrator's state of mind after the murder in my opinion would be different from other people's state of mind, because further in the story when he senses the ringing in his ears, he senses the beating of the dead man's heart. So that means that what this suggests out of the character is that he is probably melancholy.

Hope this helps :D
