To calculate percentage increase we- the final value by the starting value so in 1994 we have 93 and in 1995 we have 95.6.

95.6 - 93 = 2.6

We then divide 2.6 by the absolute value of value 1(93) so 2.6 divided by 93=0.02795698924

Then use a calculator if you would like you don't have to but times that answer 0.02795698924 by 100. and you get the percent increase.

0.02795698924 x 100=2.7957.
