Mass per unit length (μ) =
= 0.06 x 10^-3/0.01
μ = 0.006
Force of tension (Ft) = 650N
v = √(Ft/μ)
= √(650 / 0.06)
= 3.29 x 10^2 m/s
Therefore, the speed of the waves is approximately 3.29 x 10^2 m/s
