Answer:

A = 16.625

Explanation:

Given :-

  • (5/2)^x + (5/2)^( x +3)

To rewrite in :-

  • A. (5/2)^x

Answer :-

  • (5/2)^x + (5/2)^(x+3)
  • (5/2)^x + (5/2)^x . (5/2)³
  • (5/2)^x { 1 + (5/2)³ }

Hence :-

  • A = 1 + (5/2)³
  • A = 1+ 125/8
  • A = 8 + 125/8
  • A = 133/8
  • A = 16.625
