y-25 = 2(x-10)

Explanation:

First find the slope using the points (10,25) and (20,45)

m = ( y2-y1)/(x2-x1)

m = (45 - 25)/(20-10)

= 20/10

= 2

Then using point slope form of a line

y-y1 = m(x-x1)

y-25 = 2(x-10)
