To transform infinitely repeating decimals into fractions can be tricky but I will show you a trick that turns them into fraction form.
For one digit repeating starting at the 10th digit it is simply
for 0.n repeating
In this case it would be 4/9
If the number is
0.nm repeating nm, the fraction would be nm divided by 99 and so on.
However if the number is 0.nm with only m repeating
then it would be (n+m-n)/90
This part is good to know and the trick is similar but for your case you do not need to know this or further extension of the underlined part.
