We need to find common denominators between 1/4 (Bowl A) and 2/3 (Bowl B). A common denominator that I can find is 12. 1/4 would then be 3/12. 2/3 would then be 8/12. If Bowl A is poured into Bowl B, Bowl B would be 11/12 filled. I found this by adding 3/12 and 8/12.
