Explanation:

we know that y value we are looking for occurs with the X value of 60

because the question asks for the number of days not the age which is the X value

so plug it into the equation

y = 0.95 (60) + 17.56

y = 0.57 + 17.56

y = 74.56

which rounds up to y=75
