Explanation:

We have 6 sides on the die so we can get 6 numbers. We can do 6x6 to find the total amount of possible numbers she can get. 6x6 is 36. There is only one way she can get a 4 and a 6. Now we can say that she has a 1/36 chance to win the bet. But we have to find the percent so we can multiply it by hundred and we get 25/9%.
