2L + 2(6)=P
The L gets multiplied by 2 because there are two L in a rectangle and 2 times 6 because there are two widths

Answer:

P = 2(L + 6)

Explanation:

The perimeter (P) of a rectangle is = 2(Length + Width)

Length = L

Width = 6
