Surface area = 17*(sqrt(1155) + 19)
h^2 = 19^2 - 17^2/4
=> h = sqrt(4*19^2 - 17^2)/2 = sqrt(1155)/2
Surface area = 4(1/2*h*17) + 17*19 = 17(sqrt(1155) + 19)
