Step-by-step explanation:

The rule I used is
(x,y) \to (-x,-y)

Simply swap the sign of each x and y coordinate to go from (-4, 2) to (4, -2)

This rule only works for 180 degree rotations. It doesn't matter if you go clockwise or counterclockwise.
