The sum of six times a number and five is greater than the difference of three times a number and two

First model these into an equation:
6*X +5 > 3*X-2
First subtract 5 from both sides
6X > 3X -7
Now subtract 3X from both sides
3X > -7
Now divide by 3 on both sides and we get the following inequality
X > -7/3
