The equation of circle with center (h,k) and radius r units is

(x - h)^2 + (y - k)^2 = r^2

The equation of the circle with center (2,3) and radius 5 cm is

= (x - 2)^2 + (y - 3)^2 = 5^2

= x^2 - 4x + 4 + y^2 - 6y + 9 = 25

= x^2 + y^2 - 4x - 6y - 12 =0

hope it helps and is right

2+3=5cm

Explanation:

2 and 3 would have to be added together to get the radius of the circle, resulting in the answer being 5. 2+3=5cm that's your answer
