Your radius is given on the base as 4in. You can tell that this value is the radius and not the diameter because the line only covers half of the circular base. If the line went from one edge to the other, you would need to divide the given value by 2. From there, you can just plug the numbers into the proper equation.

V = πr²h​

V = π(4)²(9)

V = 452.16 or 144π
