By subtracting 2cm from both the left side ZW, and the right side YX, you will have a right angled triangle WYX (or ZYX, since after subtracting 2cm Z and W are essentially the same point)

a^(2) +b^(2) =c^(2)

We are given the lengths 2cm and 20cm, which can be thought of as a (or b) and c. Substitute in the values 2 and 20 and solve for the unknown
