We have,

Distance = 126 km

Time = 9:15 to 10:45

= 1 hour 30 minutes

= 1.5 hour [1 hour = 60 minutes]

We know that,

`Speed=(Distance)/(Time)`

`Speed=(126)/(1.5)`

`Speed=84`

Therefore, the average speed to the taxi is 84 km/h.
