Solution given:

$3 tan \theta+2 =-1$

keeping constant term on one side

$3Tan\theta=-1-2$

$Tan\theta=-3/3$

$Tan\theta =-1$

Since tan is negative in third and fourth quadrant.

$Tan\theta=Tan(180+45),Tan(360-45)$

$\theta=225°,315°$
