this is an opinion question, with facts to back it any answer can be accepted. i would say: the human brain because it is the most complex organ. it is interesting how different sections control different things. as an example, the cerebellum is used to control movements while the temporal lobe effects speech, short term memory, musical rhythm, and smell recognition.
