Let n be the smallest of the three numbers. Then

n + (n + 1) + (n + 2) = 5 ((n + 1) - 22)

Solve for n :

3n + 3 = 5 (n - 21)

3n + 3 = 5n - 105

2n = 108

n = 54

Then the three numbers are 54, 55, and 56.
