Answer:

y=4x-5

Explanation:

Slope-intercept form is y=mx+b where m is the slope and b is the y intercept.

Plug in what you know to solve for b.

3 = 4(2) + b

3 = 8 + b

3-8 = b

b = -5

now put b and m back into the slope- int form.

y = 4x-5
