(adjacent)/(hypotenuse)=(y)/(10√(3) )


cos(60)=(y)/(10√(3) ) \\y=cos(60) * 10√(3) \\y=(1)/(2) * 10√(3)\\y=(10√(3))/(2) =5(√(3) )/(2) =8.66

sin(60°) =
(opposite)/(hypotenuse) =(x)/(10√(3) )


sin(60)=(x)/(10√(3) ) \\x=sin(60)*10√(3) \\x=(√(3) )/(2) *10√(3) \\x=(10(√(3) ) (√(3) ))/(2) \\x=(10*3)/(2) =(30)/(2) =15
