Explain what effects the Norwegian prison experience might have on the community when offenders are released back into the community. If you wanted to test your hypothesis, how would you study and measure those effects?

Two things are certain, they'll either corrupt the community or enlighten them,but I Think it all depends on the way they were treated or purnished in prison, u can't train a dog to bite and expect it to be calm,if they must be released then they must also be thought how to be less dangerous, while some are not meant to be realised at all.
