The number is 3/4
Step by step
1/(N-1/2)•1/2=1/8
2/N-1/2=1/8 divided 1/2 But the 1/2 in the other side by dividing
3/ N-1/2=1/4
4/N=1/4+1/2
5/N=3/4
If you check
3/4-1/2=1/4
1/4•1/2=1/8
