Answer:

Fresh blood at the beginning of your stuff is usually bright red. A heavy flow could be darker, especially with clots. Rusty brown blood is older; which you'll typically see toward the end of the week because the air has had a chance to react with it. Pinkish is probably just a light. To make it go faster drink water, exercise lightly, get the right nutrients making sure you up vitamin C.

Most of it should be bright red like normal blood, but it can be brown or brown-ish at the start or end. At the start means it didn't get it all out of your uterus from last cycle. At the end means the lighter last bit is taking longer to come out than the heavier stuff.
