If the rectangle is reflected in the y axis, the new points are W'(-2, 4), X'(-6, 4), Y'(-6, 2) and Z'(-2, 2). If it is then dilated by a factor of 1/2, the new vertices is at W''(-1, 2), X''(-3, 2), Y''(-3, 1) and Z''(-1, 1).
