Yes as 8 + 1 is 9
Square root of 9 can be either 3 or -3 and -3 +3 is 0

Answer:

if x = 4

√(8 + 1) + 3 = 0

√(9) + 3 = 0

3 + 3 = 0

6 = 0

wrong.
