m∠ x = 67

Explanation:

∠AJK = ∠AHI = 67 Corresponding Angles

180 - 67 - 46 = x

x = 67

Triangle Sum Theory - the sum of all angles in a triangle = 180

Also, when you see parallel lines look for Corresponding,

Alternate Interior or Same side Interiors.
