Everyone needs a good night's sleep. Adults need seven to nine hours a night, and kids and teens need even more. But many people sleep fewer than six hours. Regular sleep loss can lead to health problems. People who miss sleep get sick more easily. They may also have trouble remembering things. It can cause accidents, too. Tired people are not as quick and might not notice something.

That’s right, we need less sleep when we’re older but much more when we’re younger. This is because when we are young, we are still in the process of developing into healthy adulthood. Those who miss sleep will have shorter life span, therefore, make sure to get lots of rest!
Have a good rest today, drink plenty of fluids as well!
