⇒ x - y = 1 + z .....(4)

Putting in equation 2:

⇒ 1 + z + z = -3

⇒ 1 + 2z = -3

⇒ z = -2

Putting this value in equation 4 and equation 1, we get:

⇒ x - y = -1

⇒ x + y = 5

Cancelling 'y' by eliminiation method and equation becomes:

⇒ 2x = 4
