Explanation:

the interval between 0 and 1 shows us, that on that scale the distance between 2 full numbers is split into 6 parts.

so, every little marker represents 1/6.

A goes 4 markers below 0 (left of 0) and is -4/6 = -2/3.

B goes 1 marker below 0 and is -1/6.

C goes 3 markers above 0 (right of 0) and is 3/6 = 1/2.

D goes 2 markers above 1 and is

1 + 2/6 = 6/6 + 2/6 = 8/6 = 4/3 = 1 1/3

please pick the format your teacher wants you to use to write the result.

if you actually need decimals instead of fractions :

-2/3 = -0.666666666...

-1/6 = -0.166666666...

1/2 = 0.5

4/3 = 1.333333333...
