What shall I fill when filling a form for vaccine: Is there any kind of allergy?

I don't know if I have any allergy and my parents neither know... ​

↦Well if you are above the age of 10 & still haven't found anything you are allergic too, then you can write 'N/A' in the form. This doesn't mean that you do not have allergies. You might have allergies which you might discover in the future but I'm pretty sure that they'll not be severe. So, I guess you can just go ahead by stating that you have no allergies.
