Part a). Should James pay for the chocolate bar? Justify your answer.
Part b). What would be the base price of the chocolate bar such that it would cost $6.78 after the sales tax?

part a- if he really wants it then yes but its overpriced with the tax. part b- about $5.80 CORRECT ME IF IM WRONG I USED A NEW APP
