Total angles in a circle
(2x+21)+(5x+6)+90+54=360
7x + 171 = 360
7x = 360 - 171
7x = 189
Divide through by 7
x = 27

Note the other unnamed angle in the fig is 90 ° .The sign there is the conventional sign for angle 90 °
