Which of the following employs the correct punctuation?

I went to camp in the fourth grade; that was a long time ago.

The last sentence wound employ the correct punctuation. For the first sentence, we use semi colons initially as a replacement for connectives. Both parts of the sentence make sense on their own so that would make the choice of punctuation incorrect. For the second sentence, it would need a comma after “grade”. And for the third sentence, either the connective “however” or the comma needs removing, you don’t need both.
