Answer:

ummm i mean it's a pe log so you might have to do it by yourself

but maybe for numbers u can use my scores

i can do 30 pushups (muscular) and the intensity is moderate

im not sure about the other stuff you need to do

maybe run a mile or smth for cardiovascular?
