Given radii ratio is 2:3 and height ratio 5:3

Let the radius be 2x,3x and height be 5y,3y

V1= π(2x²) ×5y

V2 =π(3x)² ×3y

V1= (2×2)² ×5 *π = 20π

V2= (3×3)² ×3 *π = 27π

V1/V2 = 20π\27π

=20\27

=20:27
