Answer:

( 12 , - 10 )

Explanation:

Difference between the x points : 0 - ( - 12 ) = 12

Difference between the y points : - 12 - ( - 2 ) = -10

There fore the difference ( 12 , - 10 )

Answer:

Distance = 15 units

Explanation:

Let \ (x_1 , y_ 1 ) = ( 0 , 7 ) \ , \ (x _ 2 , y _ 2 ) \ = ( -12 , -2 ) \\\\Dsitance = √((x_2 - x_1)^2 + (y_2 - y_1 )^2) \\\\

= √((-12 - 0)^2 + ( -2 - 7)^2) \\\\=√(12^2 + 9^2 )\\\\=√(144 + 8 1) \\\\= \sqrt {225 } \\\\= 15
